Bill Nye Climate HOAX Science Guy – CERNS Quake

Bill Nye, the so called ‘science guy’ has penned a piece for the leftist website Vox in which he actually suggests that the US Constitution says anyone who disagrees with government on scientific matters is unpatriotic.

Nye, who is firmly entrenched in the climate alarmist camp, breaks out the word “denier,” as per usual and attempts to argue that those who question global warming are defying the core principles of the United States.

“When you have people denying this basic process, and how we all got here, it’s offensive to me intellectually. And I happen to think it’s unpatriotic.” Nye declares ==================

. Unfortunately for Nye, people’s rights do not end where his feelings begin.

He goes on to suggest that “Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution says the government shall ‘promote the progress of science and useful arts.’ So if you’re a politician looking to derail the progress of science, I think you’re not doing your job.” As many on Twitter pointed out, however, this is another case of an establishment figure twisting the meaning of the Constitution to fit their own agenda. Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution actually says “To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing for limited times to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries.” The section is addressing patenting and individual property rights of inventions, ideas and writings. It is most certainly NOT asserting that anyone who disagrees with government sanctioned ‘science’ is unpatriotic, as Nye suggests. Any rational person understands that the Constitution is concerned purely with the rights of Americans, not the powers of government to infringe on those rights and determine what is and isn’t ‘patriotic’. ———————

But then, this is Bill Nye – a man who openly bragged about traveling to an Earth Day climate change emergency summit on Air Force One.

Nye’s hypocrisy isn’t that surprising because his “climate change” advocacy isn’t about saving the environment but rather empowering the establishment, via the implementation of carbon taxes and other government mandated “solutions” to climate change.

Which also benefits him as a government shill addicted to the public spotlight.
