All the southern areas named were hit with severe weather within 48 hours of the “HAARP rings” appearing .

Little Rock Arkansas, south east to central Mississippi
Memphis Tennessee, north east to Evansville Indiana

Also watch Tampa Florida north to Southern Georgia.
Florida has obviously been hit each day of the past 3 days between tampa and jacksonville with severe weather.. Davenport IA to Duluth MN .. ive been gone for the past 2 days.. haven’t had word or seen RADAR yet in this area.. I know that “right now” MN is under the gun for strong cells.. attempting to get confirmation on these two final areas.
